Put in the fridge.<BR/>REd sauce: someone use cherry and make sauce from that, but I prefer raspberry. Its delicious.<BR/>But I am sure you can buy a red raspberry sauce for dessert in the shop?<BR/>As for fun, - we usually put one single almond (no shell) in the ricecream dessert - the one who gets it (in our family) dont have to participate in tidying up and do the dishes after dinner. It also comes with a prize - normally a marzipan pig...<BR/>A lot of norwegians have this as their dessert xmas eve.<BR/>Sometimes we have it - but the last ten years we have had homemade cinnamon ice cream, with warm cloudberries in cognac and brown sugar.
