Meet our baby ~ Dagi

This is our little baby Adagio. We call him Dagi for short. He is a cat with 'cattitude'! He spends time playing watchdog in our house and at the cottage.

He loves fooling around to please his mommy and daddy!

He has the very important task in life of being a quilt tester! Any quilt laying around will do.

He knows the importance of staying very well groomed.

Wasn't this new and pricey cushion for me??? I do need something soft to sit by the fire afterall!

I love to talk on Skype to all my mommy's family. I do have to keep her computer time in check, don't I?

And when all is said and done.....there is nothing like curling up with a good book. Meow!

How cute! Cats have the life, no? If I were ever to return to this earth in another form, it would definitely be a domestic, house cat.

Love,
Julie

Well, I know that Dagi is king of the castle and I just love hearing his musings when we are talking. He has the most beautiful coat. I know what you mean about the new cushion. Anything that is soft, MUST belong to our cats! :)

Dagi is beautiful Heidi! His face looks like a little lion, and his fur looks so thick and soft. Give him a squeeze for me.

I have seen most, but not all of these photos of my Grandkitty. He is definitely the KING of this house. He talks to us all the time on Skype. He is one very cute cate. Ok Kristy, now we need to see the competition. Two female kitties and a cute Jazzy.
Love you, Mom

I think your kitty has it made! What a cutie! I saw a saying recently that said 'If you want the best seat in the house, move the cat.'. LOL! It's true, is it not? Love the captions you put with the pictures!

If he would get the mouse on the computer, that would be a cat-astrophy

Ohh Dagi leads such a busy life Heidi! He is gorgeous and looks like he might know it too. A really handsome chap - I like that word "cattitude" I think my two cats have got plenty of that . Lovely photos - the one with the glasses made me laugh out loud!

Dagi is adorable, yet stately in the way cats have. He has a busy life we can see. But in addition to his quilt testing chores, I bet you didn't know he pulled double duty as furniture anchor. At no time will your bed, your computer table, or any other object he is on will ever leave the floor. It is a strenous job but he seems to be handlelng it with quiet dignety :)

Dagi is adorable. I've never seen a cat with a face like that. Is he a certain breed?

Hi Heidi! thanks for visiting today and leaving such kind comments! to answer your question, We call them totes because carpenters used to use them to tote their tools around...Now they use big metal carriers. What a sweet kitty, his personality reminds me of my cat...she hates being alone and seems to carry on conversations with us!

Heidi I just love that Dagi kitty - I'm a cat lover but no longer have one since losing my Tiny cat when she reached 21! Dagi is handsome for sure.
Going to miss chatting with you while I'm away. Time is getting close, we leave Raleigh Monday night - direct flight to London Gatwick arriving early AM. Lots to do this weekend of course - just when the weather has cooled and temps. are perfect in 70's at long last and I want to go out and play!
Actually I'm headed to the garden this morning as soon as it's light enough - need to trim a few things - such as the morning glory vines on the porch - and store outdoor items for while we're gone.

I'll be back end of the month and will look forward to catching up with you, your Mom, and everyone then. Will miss hearing all your news from Holland - do take care.
Hugs - Mary.
