Advent Sunday - the fourth candle

It is the 4th Sunday of Advent. December has gone by so quickly even though I have tried to reflect each week on true Christmas spirit. I have not gotten caught up in the rush of commercialism. This candle is lit for love...

Reflections on this are easy for me. Although autumn is my favorite season, I truly love this time of year. Christmas is a magical time.

One major thing in Jos and my life is our love for Cranberry Cottage. We now spend each Christmas there very quietly. I am inviting you to join us by taking some time to watch this slideshow of the cottage decorated for the holidays. You can watch it here or click on the slideshow to watch.

I hope you enjoyed visiting us at Cranberry Cottage. What are some of the things you love this Christmas?

That is great, you are just getting to be a talented slideshow maker. You are already talented in every other way. That was great. I know the cottage is very cozy. I can see Jos blowing the candles out too.

Cranberry Cottage is magical too now, Heidi! It looks great, I especially love the quilts with the Christmas trees on it. I hope you will have a wonderful time there!!! (I wish I could 'hide' somewhere too, but that's no option for us, I'm afraid ... well, never mind)

Big hug, Carolien

Heidi,
I cannot tell you how much pleasure your slide show gave me. I really felt as if I was there, in your beautiful cottage, all over again.
I love the way you have decked the cottage out with greenery, beautiful candles and glassware. I love the bell jars with the little chains, they are so pretty and the Christmas posters on the wall. The quilts and the welcome are both warm and cosy.
I love the beautiful music and your little captions. Congratulations on a really successful slideshow :>)
Hugs, Angela

What you say Cranberry cottage is small, cozy, warm and oh so private:) Ok I will postpone my visit for another time. I will gvie you ample time to enjoy your little nest for the Holiday. May you be warm and your wishes come true. Happy Christmas, and a wonderful new year.
