Hearts galore!

My winter tree is put away and I now have my Valentine's tree in the living room. I have again created a slideshow to share the photos I made of the tree and a few other spots decorated for the upcoming holidays. I hope you enjoy them...

Do you decorate for Valentine's Day?

Hello Heidi,

What a pretty Valentines tree and the decorations are very nice. You asked if I decorate my home. I work 40 hours a week so my home is decorated with dust bunnies :)

I would love to have the time to do it but working and trying to do my knitting/quilting/stitching addictions doesn't leave much time for anything else.

I hope you have a wonderful day.

You are just getting too smart with these slide shows. I like your tree very much. You little hand you did for us is still just too cute. I didn't see any valentines on the tree, did I miss them????
Love you, Mom
PS: You are almost 5 now.

Heidi, I'm loving your slide shows and your Valentine tree is just so pretty. All the ornaments are lovely..I especially like the tin ones with the vintage images and your hand print, too precious. Just looking at all the Valentine pretties must give you much pleasure...they did me. hugs to you, Linda

That is an amazing slide show. I love your Valentines Day tree and all the beautiful ornaments on it. Makes me feel inspired to go out to the crafts store and do some of my own decorating. Wonderful post!

Oh Heidi,
Your slideshow is really beautiful and so so romantic. I love the little tinheart shaped ornaments and have some too that I bought in Holland from a lovely shop in Rohan when I went to stay at Christmas. How lovely to still have old childhood Valentines. You really are a squirrel. You must have had an inkling you would need them sometime in the dim and distant future :>)
The music that accompanies your slideshow really sets the scene.
You really do have a flair for welcoming displays :>)
Hugs, Angela

A Valentine's tree! I love the idea. But have never done one.

Do I decorate for Valentine's Day? Yes, some. But not as lovely as what you do. :-)

Oh Heidi, how sweet ~ I love it! I cheated and left the heart swag up that I made at Christmas and a couple of small gingham hearts that I also created.

I haven't seen a Valentine tree before what a lovely idea.

I've come over from Janneke's blog, and it is my first visit. I see you like patchwork so I thought I would take a visit. I need to look at your other blog though.

I am so glad that the new's from the hospital was good news.

I thought the English tea was lovely. I look forward to seeing more when you have them. What a good idea to put them on your blog. I think I will do the same when I have to some friends up to tea.

I really enjoyed the slide show and your cards made me remember when I was a little girl. Your hearts look so festive and romantic. I agree with Angela, you should be a paid designer!

Goed idee dat je valentijnsboom hebt gemaakt en dat het je telkens weer lukt om je huis aan te passen aan tijd van het jaar! Zo maak je telkens een beetje kerst, maar dan per seizoen!
